Staying at The Hideaway Bed & Breakfast is all about having the most pleasant relaxing experience possible.  The owners of The Hideaway strive to provide a peaceful, relaxing, comfortable, and safe atmosphere for their guests.  Guests are kindly asked to respect the House Rules and other guests for the enjoyment of everyone. 

Any activities which unreasonably disturb other guests, jeopardize the safety of others, or are illegal will not be tolerated.  Offenders may be required to immediately vacate the premises and their credit card will be billed for all services that have been used to that point. 

All buildings at The Hideaway B&B are smoke free facilities.  Candles are not permitted in the apartment.  

Activities other than those intended by the owners, are strictly not permitted at the The Hideaway facilities.  The facilities may only be used by persons registered at The Hideaway Bed & Breakfast unless prior arrangements have been made with the owners.  This includes any meetings, parties, or weddings.

 

All reservations must be secured by credit card or prepayment.  When you make a Reservation at The Hideaway Bed & Breakfast you have also fully agreed to abide by both our Reservation and Cancellation Policies.  

You agree that all information you supply to The Hideaway owners is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.  You agree that you are of legal age in the State of the Northern Territory of Australia and willingly enter into this reservation agreement.  The Hideaway owners reserve the right to inspect the property at any time for any property damage or extra persons.  Any loss or damage to the property may be billed to your credit card at the owner's discretion.  Extra unclaimed persons staying at the property will be billed to your credit card at the regular published room rate. 

Reservations or service agreements will not be accepted for more than one year in advance.  Prices and amenities are subject to change without notice however all reservations or services booked directly with The Hideaway owners will be honoured at the original agreed price regardless of the current sales price.

The Hideaway owners understand that unforeseen circumstances sometimes occur and gladly extend as much flexibility as possible when cancellations occur.  However, if you cancel three days or less before the arrival date of your confirmed reservation, we must bill your credit card the equivalent of one day of your reservation unless we are able to rebook your reservation dates.

The Hideaway owners will make every effort to re-book your reservation date.  The more advanced notice we are given of cancellation the better the chances of re-booking your reservation dates.
